Job Description
Lead database administration, management, and optimization for HRMIS and related government ICT systems, with responsibility for architecture, security, performance, and disaster recovery.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Management or related field (Master's advantage); 7-10 years progressive database administration experience with at least 3 years in senior/supervisory capacity; preferred certifications: OCP, MCDBA, or equivalent; advanced proficiency in Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL/MS SQL Server, ETL/data migration, SQL programming (PL/SQL, T-SQL), performance tuning, security, and backup/disaster recovery.
