Senior Project Coordinating Officer, Grade 9 (Ministry of Environment) 2026

The Public Service Commission invites applications from suitably qualified Gambians for a Senior Project Coordinating Officer, Grade 9 position at the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Natural Resources, Central Project Coordination Unit, Abuko. The role supports project monitoring and evaluation systems, work plans, indicators, data collection and verification, project databases, progress reporting, field visits, donor-funded project coordination, and technical meetings. Direct entry: Master's degree in Natural Resources Management, Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences or a related field with five years of relevant experience, including at least three years in project management. Indirect entry: Bachelor's degree in a related field with seven years of relevant experience, including at least five years in project management. Experience with donor-funded programme M&E systems, data analysis, reporting and database software is required.
