The Public Service Commission invites applications from suitably qualified Gambians for an Assistant Director, Grade 10 position at the Directorate of Local Governance and Decentralization, Ministry of Lands, Regional Government and Religious Affairs. The role supports the management of traditional administration, end-of-year reports, annual work plans, council resources and revenue generation, donor coordination, compound and street registration, and effective local-government operations. Master's degree in Governance and Decentralisation, Public Administration, Human Resource Development, Development Studies or a related field, with at least three years of practical experience in Local Governance or a related field.
