Marketing Manager

Wave is looking for a Marketing Manager to turn strategy into impactful execution in The Gambia. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this individual-contributor role owns campaigns and marketing initiatives that strengthen Wave's presence and relevance, including product launches, customer acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives, project planning, creative development, stakeholder coordination and agency management. Location: The Gambia. Work authorisation in The Gambia is required. This is a permanent position. Wave has not published a closing date for this role. Fluent in English. At least 5 years of marketing experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Sales or Business Development. Strong planning, stakeholder management, execution, organisation, customer insight and storytelling skills are valued.
