Job Description
Lead and coordinate the Monitoring and Evaluation function across all Directorates of the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Welfare, ensuring effective performance tracking, evidence-based decision-making, and accountability.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Planning or related field; minimum 7 years relevant M&E/research/data analysis experience; at least 3 years in survey implementation, advanced statistical analysis, and research methodologies; strong report writing, presentation, communication, and data tools skills (SPSS, Atlas.ti, NVivo or similar).
