The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in The Gambia supports the Government and people of The Gambia in advancing sustainable and inclusive human development. Since 1975, UNDP has worked with government institutions, development partners, civil society, communities and the private sector to address national development priorities. Its work includes strengthening governance and peacebuilding, promoting inclusive economic growth, creating opportunities for young people and women, advancing digital transformation, and building environmental and climate resilience.
